Make a Referral

As a registered NDIS provider, Bright Care Services can assist NDIS participants who are eligible or have received an approved NDIS plan.

The referral process is quick and easy and can be completed by filling out our online referral form.

Capacity/Waitlist: We aim to see new clients within 2-3 days and can prioritize urgent referrals to be seen earlier.

As a mobile community NDIS service provider, we will treat and see clients at their homes

What happens after we receive your information?

Once this referral is received, we will make contact to develop a Service Agreement. The agreement will need to be approved and signed before any services commence. We will work with the NDIS participant and their decision maker to ensure the agreement meets their needs to organise the best supports available.
